Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate collaboration and linkages among project team members, partners, and
stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Coordinate communication and information sharing among project stakeholders,
ensuring transparency and accountability in project activities
• Organize meetings, workshops, and other events to promote partnership engagement
and collaboration in line with project activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government
agencies, NGOs, healthcare facilities, and community members.
• Support the dissemination of information and impact related to partnership activities
through various communication channels.
Recruitment & Volunteer Fellowship Support
• Support the recruitment, coordination, and oversight of volunteers, ensuring adherence
to safeguarding and occupational health standards
• Lead on volunteer inductions, designing induction timelines, coordinating with relevant
stakeholders to arrange meetings and conducting field visits to onboard and introduce
volunteers in their respective districts
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary
resources and information to contribute effectively to programme activities
• Assist with the execution of the volunteer fellowship, supporting with timetables for
volunteer reflective week sessions and organising sessions accordingly
Communications & External Representation
• Represent KGHP in meetings, workshops, and other events related to project activities
• Regularly design and produce briefs, reports and summaries following participation at
workshops and meetings
• Lead on the organisation of internal staff meetings, coordinating with staff members and
reporting and disseminating meeting minutes
• Spearhead the design and execution of monthly external newsletters detailing key
programmatic and organisational updates to partners and other stakeholders, including
the Ministry of Health
• Lead on the communication of key updates during internal meetings, including huddles
with the London office and internal communications updates
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in international development, public/global health or
related subject
• At least 2 years’ experience working in project/programme/grant management for
development or health projects
• Understanding of the health system, including knowledge of key stakeholders, policies and challenges
