What You'll Do (Simplified)

As the Support Services Manager, you will oversee the organization's operational support functions and ensure projects run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finance, administration, human resources, and logistics activities.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff.
• Monitoring project budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with donor requirements and national regulations.
• Overseeing procurement processes and supplier contracts.
• Managing accounting operations and treasury activities.
• Coordinating payroll, staff records, and HR administration.
• Supporting audits and strengthening internal control systems.
• Supervising office logistics, fleet management, and inventory.
• Working closely with project managers to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Representing the organization at coordination meetings as required.
