Invitation to Tender 

Procurement and Supply of Lab Items (plasma separation tubes, centrifuges and lab  consumables)

JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the procurement and supply of Interactive Smart Boards and printers. This ITT aims to enable  JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify suppliers capable of providing high-quality Equipment and  Consumables to support JHPIEGO’s Global Reach II in Sierra Leone.

Interested bidders can obtain the bidding document at the JHPIEGO National Office at #1 Sonia  Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone, or by sending an email request with the bid title (Procurement and Supply of Lab Items (plasma separation tubes,  centrifuges and lab consumables) to slprocurement@jhpiego.org. From 11 September 2026 to 7 October 2026, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays. 

2 TERMS OF THE PROCUREMENT  

2.1 PROCUREMENT PROCESS 

This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office. The United States Department funds this procurement. 

2.2 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS 

Tenders must be delivered in the following way: 

Bids must be submitted through hard copy in a sealed envelope marked Procurement and Supply of  Lab Items (plasma separation tubes, centrifuges and lab consumables) with the words ‘not to be  opened before the deadline, Thursday, 8th October 2026, at 4:30 pm GMT’ to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown,  Sierra Leone. 

Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
