Position Title: Trailer Drivers (x5)

Position Summary:

Socfin Agricultural Company is seeking motivated and experienced Trailer Drivers to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in our operations by ensuring efficient transporting of harvested fruits to designated areas. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate logbook records and may be entrusted with additional. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate trailers and related equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Transport materials, supplies, and harvested crops around the farm. 
• Conduct basic maintenance on trailer and equipment, including greasing, fueling, and cleaning. 
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours, tasks completed, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Flexibility to assist with other farm-related tasks as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

• Proven experience as a trailer driver or similar role preferred from a reputable company 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate trailers and machinery safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of basic trailer maintenance and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols. 
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work long hours during peak season
