Qualification:
Four WASSCE or GCE O-level passes, including a minimum of a credit pass in English Language.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and the internet
· Proven record of writing reports
· Telephone protocol and courtesies
· Excellent computer skills
· Excellent typing skills
· Good interpersonal skill

Summary of Duties:
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include general office support, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
