Mano Mining & logistics Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified Sierra Leoneans especially women to apply for the position of:

                                        DOZER OPERATOR

This role will report to Mining Foreman.

Role purpose:

Prepares and positions bulldozers for operation. Operates controls to excavate, break, gouge out, move, load and spread materials including earth, rock, rubble and soil. Monitors operation of the bulldozer and adjusts controls to regulate pressure, speed and flow of operation while ensuring safety of other workers.

This Position will be responsible for:

• Operate bulldozers to move earth, rocks, and other materials as required.

• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.

• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow on-site.

• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions.

• Grade and level surfaces according to project specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualification:

• Valid Heavy Equipment driver's license with a clean driving record

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Similar role

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• High school certificate

• A copy of an updated National ID Card with National Identification Number (NIN)
